ZeroDown Expands Executive Leadership and Announces Formation of the SafeHouse Resilient Panel

ZeroDown Aligns Leadership and Ecosystem to Scale Measurable, Deployable Resilience Across Technology and Insurance

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – Feb. 17, 2026 – PRLog — ZeroDown Software (https://zerodownsoftware.com/) today announced the expansion of Jeff Edwards’role to Executive Vice President, Go-To-Market and SafeHouse Resilient Ecosystem, alongside the formal formation of the ZeroDown SafeHouse Resilient Panel, a curated ecosystem designed to operationalize resilience across technology, insurance, and incident response.

The leadership expansion reflects ZeroDown’s transition from thought leadership to execution at scale. In his expanded role, Edwards will lead go-to-market strategy and oversee the SafeHouse Resilient Ecosystem, including ownership of the SafeHouse Resilient Panel as a core platform for partner activation, certification, and insurance-aligned growth.

“Operational resilience has become a board-level and underwriting-level concern,” said Alan Gin, CEO and Co-Founder of ZeroDown Software. “We built SafeHouse to move beyond backup-only thinking and into always-available operations. Jeff’s expanded role reflects our confidence in his ability to turn that vision into measurable outcomes, scalable partnerships, and real risk reduction for insurers and customers.”

Formation of the ZeroDown SafeHouse Resilient Panel

As part of this announcement, ZeroDown formally introduced the SafeHouse Resilient Panel, a functionally complete ecosystem of certified partners selected to deliver coordinated availability, response, recovery, and insurance alignment.

The Panel was created to address a persistent gap in the market: resilience is often discussed, but rarely operationalized in a way that insurers, brokers, and enterprises can verify. Each Panel member is selected for a specific operational function, ensuring resilience is deployable, measurable, and defensible during real incidents.

Founding members of the ZeroDown SafeHouse Resilient Panel include:

  • CyberCert (https://www.cybercert.ai/en-au/)
  • CloudSource (https://cloudsource.us/)
  • Cogent Communications (https://www.cogentco.com/en/)
  • ElphaSecure (https://www.elphasecure.com/)
  • Lansweeper (https://www.lansweeper.com/)
  • LCM Solutions (https://lcmsolutions.ca/)
  • Nteraction (https://nteraction.com/)
  • Optimize Cyber (https://optimizecyber.com/)
  • WP Support HQ (https://wpsupporthq.com/)
  • ZeroDown Software (https://zerodownsoftware.com/)

Together, these organizations form a functionally complete resilience ecosystem, spanning asset visibility, availability, detection, response, recovery, insurance alignment, and operational proof.

Leadership Perspective

“Resilience only matters if it changes outcomes when systems fail,” said Jeff Edwards, Executive Vice President, Go-To-Market and SafeHouse Resilient Ecosystem. “My focus is on execution. Building a partner ecosystem that delivers real operational readiness, shortens recovery timelines, and helps insurers and customers trust that resilience isn’t theoretical, it’s deployable.”
